10+ hours a week
Evenings, around your life
In-network with most major commercial plans and TRICARE.
Why it works
Real treatment that fits a busy life
More support than weekly therapy, without stepping away from classes, shifts or the people you live with.
Care starts fast
Most clients start IOP about a week after referral (median 8 days*), so help arrives while it still matters.
Evenings, from home
Sessions run 6:00 to 9:15pm, so there is no commute and no missed class or shift. Clients attend 90% of scheduled sessions.*
Same group, same faces
Groups of 10 to 13 young adults stay together the whole way through, so trust actually builds.

FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
Answers about the program, insurance, scheduling and what care looks like day to day.
See all FAQs
How long is the program?
Most people are with us for 8 to 10 weeks. Your exact length of stay depends on how treatment is going, and your therapist will help you plan the right time to step down rather than setting an arbitrary end date.
What does a typical week look like?
You will have 10+ hours of treatment a week. Groups run on weeknight evenings, 6:00 to 7:30pm and 7:45 to 9:15pm, alongside individual therapy and family sessions, so you can keep work, school and family going while you get real treatment.
Is this program right for me?
It is built for people who need more than weekly therapy but do not need inpatient care. If you are struggling to keep up day to day, if weekly therapy is not moving things, or if you are stepping down from a higher level of care, this is the level that fits.
Do you take my insurance?
We work with commercial insurance plans in every state we serve, and we accept TRICARE. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Our admissions team verifies your benefits before you start, so you know what to expect.
Which states do you serve?
Florida, California, Arizona, Texas, Indiana, South Carolina and North Carolina.
How do groups work, and who is in them?
Groups are small, usually 10 to 13 people, and you stay with the same group the whole way through. The same faces every session means trust actually builds, and you are not reintroducing yourself to a rotating room each week.
Will I have the same therapist the whole time?
Yes. The same therapist stays with you from pre-admission through intake, groups, individual sessions and family work, so nothing gets lost along the way.
What happens after I finish the program?
You do not just get discharged. You can step down into outpatient care with us and join our alumni program, so support tapers gradually before you transition back to your own therapist.
How does medication work?
We work alongside your own psychiatrist and primary care provider as one coordinated team. If you do not have a psychiatrist, we will refer you to one.
