What we treat and how

Every young adult’s story is different, but a lot of what brings people to Thrive looks something like this. If some of it hits close to home, you’re exactly who we built this for.

  • Missing classes, shifts, or deadlines you used to handle
  • Struggling to focus, start tasks, or keep up
  • Constant pressure about your future or falling short
How Thrive helps:

In groups with peers who get it, you steady your focus, rebuild confidence, and find coping skills that actually stick, so you can get back to school or work on your terms.

  • Worry or panic that shows up out of nowhere
  • Low mood, exhaustion, or losing interest in things
  • Trouble sleeping, eating, or quieting your mind
How Thrive helps:

Through group and one-on-one therapy, you learn real ways to steady anxiety and lift low mood, make sense of what's driving them, and start feeling like yourself again.

  • Canceling plans and keeping to yourself
  • Feeling disconnected from friends, roommates, or family
  • Relationships that feel harder than they used to
How Thrive helps:

Small peer groups help you reconnect at your own speed, practice opening up somewhere that feels safe, and rebuild the support system early adulthood can strain.

  • Zoning out to avoid what feels overwhelming
  • Self-harm or thoughts of suicide
  • Habits that feel out of your control
How Thrive helps:

Our clinicians help you build healthier ways to cope, work through what's underneath, and put a real safety plan in place, with peers alongside you who understand.

Healing is easier with
people who get it

Healing happens faster when you are not doing it alone. Our small peer groups bring together people who share what you are going through, so you build coping skills, connection, and confidence with people who truly get it.

Young adult groups

Find your people in the same season of life, and build confidence and coping skills with peers who are navigating early adulthood too.

LGBTQ+ affirming groups

An affirming space to explore identity and belonging while you work on your mental health with people who share the experience.

Trauma and PTSD groups

Work through what the past left behind and steady yourself again, alongside people who understand what it takes.

Anxiety and depression groups

Work through anxiety, low mood, and stress with peers who get it, and pick up practical tools that hold up day to day.

Confidence and self-worth groups

Rebuild confidence and a steadier sense of who you are, alongside peers working on the same thing.

Neurodivergence and ADHD groups

Show up exactly as you are and find practical, brain-friendly ways to manage focus, energy, and everyday life, together.

Questions we
hear a lot

Answers about our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program, insurance, scheduling, and what care actually looks like day to day.

How long is the program?

Most people are with us for 8 to 10 weeks. Your exact length of stay depends on how your treatment is going, and your therapist will help you plan the right time to step down rather than setting an arbitrary end date.
