Insurance

Insurance for virtual IOP in Arizona

Thrive is in network in Arizona with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare and Oscar, so members of these plans pay their in-network share, not out-of-network rates. Veterans can use VA Community Care through TriWest with a VA referral, and some employer plans whose behavioral health is managed by Carelon are covered too. We do not accept AHCCCS (Medicaid) or Medicare. We check your benefits for free before you start, including your deductible, copay and any prior authorization.
