FAQs

Your questions answered

Will they need time off work?

Most people do not. Sessions run on weekday evenings, from home, so many keep working through treatment.

Will the employer or union find out?

No. We never share anything with an employer or union without the person's written consent.

Can an EAP refer directly?

Yes. EAP counselors and member assistance programs can refer through our online form or by phone.

Can our organization partner with Thrive?

Yes. Visit Partner with Thrive to talk with our partnerships team about bringing Thrive to your members or employees.

Is Thrive in network with insurance?

Thrive is in network with most major commercial plans and TRICARE. We verify benefits before the first session, so there are no coverage surprises. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.

How quickly can someone start?

Across 28 admissions from February to September 2026, the median time from referral to IOP admission was 8 days.

How do I make a referral?

Use our secure online form or call our nationwide admissions line, (561) 203-6085, open 24/7. You can also fax referrals to (949) 695-4744. Have the employee's name, date of birth, contact details and insurance ready, plus a short note on what they need.

What happens if a person's condition worsens during treatment?

They are never on their own. Our 24/7 crisis line is available throughout treatment, and their treatment team reassesses the level of care. If they need more support than IOP, we help arrange it.
