FAQs
Your questions answered
Can you share progress with our agency?
Yes, with the client's written consent. We can share attendance and progress updates during treatment.
Does Thrive accept Medicaid?
No. Thrive is in network with most major commercial plans and TRICARE. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Our admissions team can check a client's coverage before you refer.
Who does Thrive treat?
Adults 18 and older in Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas, living with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, OCD and more. If you are not sure someone is a fit, our admissions team can help.
How quickly can someone start?
Across 28 admissions from February to September 2026, the median time from referral to IOP admission was 8 days.
How do I make a referral?
Use our secure online form or call our nationwide admissions line, (561) 203-6085, open 24/7. You can also fax referrals to (949) 695-4744. Have the client's name, date of birth, contact details and insurance ready, plus a short note on what they need.
Is treatment confidential?
Yes. Thrive follows HIPAA and shares information about a client only with their written consent.
What if Thrive is not the right fit?
If IOP is not the right level of care, we help find the next step, so care does not fall through.
What happens if a client's condition worsens during treatment?
They are never on their own. Our 24/7 crisis line is available throughout treatment, and their treatment team reassesses the level of care. If they need more support than IOP, we help arrange it.
