Your therapist, present. Always.

Frame 2147239287

We built the technology so you wouldn’t have to feel it. No printed forms. No re-explaining your story. No waiting weeks to get in. Your provider, focused on you.

A team behind them, watching for the patterns that matter.

This is what care should feel like.

Care that feels easier from day one

Start from your phone. Talk without a screen between you. See your plan as it changes.

In, in days

Six simple screens on your phone. Your first session, usually inside two weeks. No fax machines. No clipboard.

Step Content 1

Eye contact, not screens.

Your clinician stays with you while the note drafts in the background. The session belongs to the conversation.

Step Content 2

A CoPilot in your corner

Open your portal when you need support between sessions. Practice a skill, journal, or build your week in your own voice.

Step Content 3

Your plan. Your record. Yours.

Every goal, objective, and signed update stays visible in your portal. When your plan changes, you see what changed.

Step Content 4

The moments
that change care

Before your first session, between appointments, and every time your plan changes — the system keeps care moving with you.

The night before
your first session

You answer six screens on your phone. Name. Date of birth. Which state you're in. Which provider feels
right. When you can come in. A password.

The next morning, your provider already knows you. The session starts with you.

The week your numbers move

You log mood entries a few times. The honest ones — the ones where you check the red quadrant, pick Anxious and Exhausted, tag Sleep as the trigger.

Your therapist sees the pattern before your next session. They reach out. That's not magic. That's a team paying attention

Your treatment plan, on your screen

Every goal you and your provider write down — visible to you. Every signed update preserved. When the plan changes, you see what changed and why. When you step down from IOP to outpatient, the plan and the history move with you.

Your information. Your call.

Encrypted in transit. Encrypted at rest. Every access logged. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with vendors who aren't part of your care.

If you want to download everything we have on you — two clicks.

Meet your CoPilot

Open your portal. There's a tab called Copilot. That's where it lives.

Not a chatbot. Not a wellness app. A clinical companion that knows your treatment plan, your diagnoses, your medications, your recent assessment scores, your care team — and is here whenever you need it.

Tab group 1

You talk. It listens. It talks back.

Voice in. Voice out. In English or Spanish. The voice isn’t robotic — it’s powered by Google’s Gemini text-to-speech, the kind of voice you can have an actual conversation with. Late at night. On the drive home. In the parking lot before your group session.

It teaches you skills your therapist would teach you.

Ask for help calming down — it’ll walk you through guided breathing. An animated rhythm. A line of explanation for why it works.

Ask for help getting present — it’ll run you through 5-4-3-2-1 grounding. Five things you can see. Four you can touch. Three you can hear. Two you can smell. One you can taste.

Want to journal — it’ll prompt you with four questions and stay quiet while you write.

The techniques are pulled from DBT, CBT, and MBT — the same evidence-based therapies your clinician uses. Same toolkit. Available between sessions

It builds your week with you.

Most apps make you build a recovery routine on your own — endless toggles, scheduling tools that don’t fit your real life. Your CoPilot does it with you, in conversation.

I have group three nights a week. I work mornings. I want to add mindfulness somewhere.

The CoPilot maps it out. You iterate together. You sign off. The schedule lands in your week, exportable to your calendar.

It knows you. Personally.

The CoPilot uses your name. Never friend. Never dear. It pulls your treatment goals, your most recent PHQ-9, your medications — and weaves that context into every conversation. It’s the closest thing to having your care team on call.

It watches for the hard moments.

If your words shift — if something you say sounds like crisis — the care team is notified in real time. Not at your next session. The same moment. If you ever type something concerning, you’ll see the 988 number, and someone real will be looking.

It does not diagnose.

Your care team stays in charge.

Crisis language routes to real people.

Your data stays protected.

How we work
with your other doctors

If you have a primary care doctor, a psychiatrist outside the practice, or a school counselor in the picture — we work with them.

We send a structured summary at admission. Another at mid-treatment. Another at discharge. Medication lists flow to your PCP every time something changes. With your consent.

Your care doesn't live in a silo. We don't either.

For referring providers

Easy to refer.

Coverage.

Florida, Indiana, South Carolina, Arizona. Most commercial plans, Medicare, most Medicaid. Sliding scale and scholarships when needed.

Care that feels different in practice

Patients see their plan. Clinicians stay present. The work feels more connected on both sides.

quote dark

“I’ve been in and out of treatment for ten years. Thrive is the first program where my therapist looked at me, not a laptop. The first time it happened I almost cried.”

— Sarah

IOP graduate, Thrive Florida

quote dark

“What surprised me wasn’t the therapy. It was being able to pull up my treatment plan on my phone, see what we were working toward, and feel like I was actually a part of it. Like a person. Like an adult.”

— John

Outpatient patient, Thrive

quote dark

“I came to Thrive because I was burnt out on charting until 9pm every night at my last place. I stayed because I get to actually do the work I trained to do.”

— Anna Green

LCSW, Clinical Director
