What we treat and how

Adults come to Thrive carrying a lot, and much of it looks something like this. If some of it hits close to home, you are exactly who we built this for.

  • Running on empty but unable to slow down
  • Work, family, and everyone's needs leaving nothing for you
  • Losing yourself somewhere along the way
How Thrive helps:

In groups with adults who get it, you build real tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and make room for your own life again, without stepping away from the people who count on you.

  • Waking up already dreading the day
  • Low mood or motivation that will not lift
  • Worry or racing thoughts you cannot switch off
How Thrive helps:

Through group and one-on-one therapy, you learn practical ways to steady anxiety, lift low mood, and understand what is driving them, so you can feel like yourself again.

  • A shorter fuse with the people you love
  • Growing distance from your partner, kids, or friends
  • Feeling alone even when you are surrounded by people
How Thrive helps:

Small peer groups and family-focused work help you communicate better, repair what feels frayed, and rebuild the connection that makes home feel steady.

  • Numbing out with work, screens, or staying busy
  • Past trauma resurfacing in the present
  • Habits or thoughts that feel out of your control
How Thrive helps:

Our clinicians help you build healthier ways to cope, work through what is underneath, and put a real plan in place, with peers alongside you who understand.

Healing is easier with
people who get it

Healing happens faster when you are not doing it alone. Our small peer groups bring together people who share what you are going through, so you build coping skills, connection, and confidence with people who truly get it.

Working professionals groups

Find support alongside other adults balancing demanding careers, real responsibilities, and their mental health.

Parents and caregivers groups

Space to look after yourself while you carry everyone else, with people who understand the load you are holding.

Anxiety and depression groups

Work through anxiety, low mood, and stress with peers who get it, and pick up practical tools that hold up day to day.

Trauma and PTSD groups

Work through what the past left behind and steady yourself again, alongside people who understand what it takes.

Stress and burnout groups

Work through chronic stress and overwhelm, and build a pace that is actually sustainable.

Grief and life transitions groups

Move through loss, change, and the seasons that reshape a life, with support from people going through it too.

Questions we
hear a lot

Answers about our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program, insurance, scheduling, and what care actually looks like day to day.

How long is the program?

Most people are with us for 8 to 10 weeks. Your exact length of stay depends on how your treatment is going, and your therapist will help you plan the right time to step down rather than setting an arbitrary end date.
