What we treat and how
High performers rarely say this out loud, but a lot of what brings them to Thrive looks something like this. If some of it hits close to home, you are exactly who we built this for.
- Running on fumes while everyone depends on you
- Perfectionism that never lets you feel finished
- Successful on paper, empty underneath
In confidential groups with people who carry the same weight, you build real tools to manage stress and pressure, and the permission to slow down without losing your edge.
- Worry or racing thoughts you cannot switch off
- Low mood behind a life that looks successful
- Trouble sleeping, eating, or quieting your mind
Through group and one-on-one therapy, you learn discreet, practical ways to steady anxiety and lift low mood, and make sense of what is driving them.
- Tying your whole worth to what you achieve
- Fear of anyone seeing you struggle
- Losing who you are outside of the role
Groups with fellow high performers help you separate who you are from what you do, and rebuild an identity that holds up when the wins slow down.
- Using work, intensity, or overcommitment to cope
- Self-harm or thoughts of suicide
- Habits that feel out of your control
Our clinicians help you build healthier ways to cope, work through what is underneath, and put a real plan in place, privately and without judgment.
Healing is easier with
people who get it
Healing happens faster when you are not doing it alone. Our small peer groups bring together people who share what you are going through, so you build coping skills, connection, and confidence with people who truly get it.
Executive and founder groups
A confidential space with people who carry the same weight of leadership, high stakes, and never really switching off.
Athlete and performer groups
Support with peers who understand performance pressure, identity, and life lived in the spotlight.
High-achiever burnout groups
For the driven and depleted, work through burnout, perfectionism, and the cost of never slowing down.
Anxiety and high-functioning depression groups
Address the anxiety and low mood behind a life that looks successful from the outside.
Sleep and stress groups
Practical support for the sleep, stress, and nervous-system toll of always being on.
Pressure and identity groups
Untangle who you are from what you achieve, with people who understand the drive to keep winning.
Questions we
hear a lot
Answers about our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program, insurance, scheduling, and what care actually looks like day to day.
How long is the program?
Most people are with us for 8 to 10 weeks. Your exact length of stay depends on how your treatment is going, and your therapist will help you plan the right time to step down rather than setting an arbitrary end date.
What does a typical week look like?
You will have 10+ hours of treatment a week. Groups run on weeknight evenings, 6:00 to 7:30pm and 7:45 to 9:15pm, alongside individual therapy and family sessions. Evening scheduling is deliberate, so you can keep work, school, and family going while you get real treatment.
Is this program right for me?
It is built for high performers who need more than weekly therapy but cannot step away from their responsibilities. If you are running on empty, managing anxiety behind a successful exterior, or burning out quietly, this is the level of care that fits without putting your career on hold.
Do you take my insurance?
We work with commercial insurance plans in every state we serve, and we accept TriCare. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Our admissions team verifies your benefits before you start, so you know what to expect rather than being surprised later.
Which states do you serve?
Florida, California, Arizona, Texas, Indiana, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
How do groups work, and who is in them?
Groups are small, usually 10 to 13 people, and you stay with the same group throughout. For executives, founders, and athletes that consistency matters twice over: the same trusted faces every session, and the discretion of a room that does not change.
Will I have the same therapist the whole time?
Yes. The same therapist stays with you from pre-admission through intake, groups, individual sessions, and family work. You are not handed between clinicians or repeating your story to someone new, so nothing gets lost along the way.
What happens after I finish the program?
You do not just get discharged. You can step down into outpatient care with us and join our alumni program, so support tapers gradually before you transition back to your own therapist.
How does medication work?
We work alongside your own psychiatrist and primary care provider as one coordinated team, so everyone treating you is working from the same picture. If you do not have a psychiatrist, we will refer you to one.
Is everything virtual?
Yes, the program is fully virtual, which is what makes evening scheduling and consistent attendance realistic. Where it is available, we can also arrange in-person outpatient support.
