Which states does Thrive serve?
Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. Adults 18 and older can join from anywhere in those states, on live video.
Do I need to be in one of these states during sessions?
Yes. You need to be physically in your state during each session, the same state your care is set up in. Tell your care team before you travel.
Is there an office I have to visit?
No. Every session is live video, so there’s nothing to drive to. Each state page lists our office address there, and all care is virtual.
Which insurance does Thrive take?
Thrive is in network with major commercial plans and TRICARE, and the list is different in each state (see the table above). We check your benefits for free before you start. We don’t take Medicaid or Medicare. See insurance.
How do I start?

I am moving to another of your states. Can I keep going?
Usually, yes. Tell your care team before you move so we can set up your care in the new state.
Is there a program for teens?
No. Thrive treats adults 18 and older.
