Thrive Has a New Look, and Here’s What It Means

The new Thrive mark — a point of light inside a circle
The refreshed Thrive wordmark

I started Thrive with a simple conviction. Getting real help for your mental health shouldn’t mean putting the rest of your life on hold. So from the start, we built intensive treatment to fit into the life you’re already living. The kind of care that used to require weeks away from work, family, and home. That belief hasn’t changed. The way we show it has.

There’s a bigger shift behind the new look, too. Thrive started as a behavioral health company. Today, we’re also a technology company. Honestly, that wasn’t the plan. It became the plan because the tools were getting in the way. Like a lot of clinicians, our team was handed legacy software built for billing codes instead of people. It was slow, clunky, and quietly made good care harder. So we built our own. Not to become a tech company, but because I kept arriving at the same truth from both sides of the screen. The best outcomes for patients and the best tools for the providers who serve them are the same problem. Today, the care and the technology at Thrive are designed together, by the same team, with one goal. Helping you get better.

This refresh reflects both. A company that has grown, and a promise that hasn’t. Here’s what changed, and what each change is meant to say.

Our mark, reimagined

The new Thrive mark

At the center of the new Thrive is a single point of light. To me, it reads two ways at once. It’s a north star, a fixed point to steer toward when things feel unsteady. It’s also the many forms support can take. Therapy, medication, family, community, all meeting at one person: you. It sits inside a circle because care, at its best, is something that holds you.

Colors that ground and calm

Thrive colors and tagline: care that fits around your life

We drew the new palette from the natural world. A deep forest green, soft matcha and sage, warm eggshell. Green is the color of growth and steadiness, and it’s gentle on the eyes at the end of a long day. That matters, because mental health content is often read by people who aren’t at their best, late at night, looking for a way forward. The colors are meant to feel calm, grounded, and human. Not clinical.

Real people, real life

Real people in everyday moments

We moved away from abstract illustration toward photographs of real people in ordinary moments. A coffee at the kitchen table, a quiet phone call, a conversation with someone who gets it. Getting better rarely happens in a waiting room. It happens in the middle of your actual life. The people you see now look like the adults we care for. Working, parenting, showing up, and quietly doing the hard work of feeling like themselves again. It’s the visual side of a promise we’ve always made: care that fits around your life.

The care behind the look

What hasn’t changed is the part that matters most. Thrive is a virtual IOP for adults, accredited by The Joint Commission for Behavioral Health Care. That includes the first-ever telehealth accreditation The Joint Commission has awarded. We deliver evidence-based treatment like EMDR, CBT, and DBT, from wherever you are.

And this is a beginning, not a finish line. We’re growing fast. Today we care for adults across Florida, California, Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina. North Carolina is one of our newest states, and Texas is launching soon. Our goal is to bring Thrive to patients nationwide. Soon, we’ll also share more about the platform we’ve built to power better care. A new look today, and a lot more to come.
